The Record Breaker Experience

As I have posted before, we bought 4 Patron tickets to Sarah Geronimo's Record Breaker concert. I'm so glad I did, all the stress (I will explain later) and the waiting was all worth it.
Why stress? Saturday was a pretty busy day in our household. My mom was already there when I arrived Friday night. Saturday morning, we brought Ayex to the pedia for her following up check-up (she had been coughing for two weeks now - allergy). In the afternoon, just after we had lunch, we went to the grocery. Pretty busy, huh?
Our original plan was to leave our place in QC at 5PM because we'll take care of some business related errand in Cubao. My mom also said that it's our chance to have our rare bonding time - girls night-out. Unfortunately, I had to put Ayex to sleep because she's been awake the whole day and it was 4:30PM. We were able to left the house at 6PM. The stress should have stopped there because we'll take the MRT. From our place, the whole travel should be just an hour. But lo and behold, it took us an hour or so in the MRT ride for just 4 stations! 
It was crazy and super stressing! My sister who will come from the other end station was also super stressed because their train has no air conditioning! Booooo, MRT!
Anyway, we were buzzer beaters. We were inside Araneta a few minutes before 8PM, the printed start of the concert. We were able to grab some food and drinks before we went inside and find our seat. I was pretty impressed with myself because the seats I got really belong to the nice spot. Talk about a clear view of everything. 
When we were already seated, we all began to relax and wait for the show to start, which happened around 9PM, I think.
Sarah is great and so is everyone else who made the concert possible. 
She sang a medley which lasted for about eleven minutes and that was not yet her last song. The surprised guests include Christian Bautista, Charlie Green and The Kanto Boys minus JLC. Toni was so kilig seeing Vhong Navarro on stage. It was definitely worth the money and the time.
Now, let me share with you one of the many videos I took. Pardon the text at the top as I used a trial software to merge two videos of the same song. I'm sharing this one because this is my current favorite song.

OMG! I'm a fan of Sarah, too. I've only seen her in concert once in CDO and it was really, really worth it. I don't seem to be lucky enough to catch her when she's here in DVO, though.
Wow, I envy you sis. I haven't been to a concert. Hehe. I heard nga from one of the MYX VJ na sobrang ganda daw nung concert ni Sarah. Worth it yung pagod nyo before the concert.
OMG. i know what you mean when the MRT system just seems to foul things up when you're in a rush. nakakainis talaga. about the concert, i ENVY you. i have never seen a sarah geronimo concert and everyone who has watched at least once told me it's worth it. good that you were able to watch! :)

The ticket we bought was PhP2625. Nasa gilid kami ng stage. Super ganda ng view, cam lang namin di maganda. Hehehhe.

Thanks sisters! Naku, nabali-wala talaga yung imbiyerna namin sa MRT after the concert. It was all worth it. Ang galing talaga ni Sarah!
